Ground works all undertaken and brick pillars and dwarf wall.

Double set of fully glazed French doors with a 5 lever mortise lock, and bespoke windows to the customers requirements.

All framework is 4×2 with a breathable membrane, cladded with 120mm Shiplap painted with 3 coats in a heritage colour.

Roof construction hand cut with vaulted ceiling, cladded on top of rafters leaving exposed.

Roof covered with Norfolk reclaimed clay tiles and ridge.

Internally cladded with 100mm T&GV with a white wash.

Construction time approx 2 weeks.
